These terms govern your purchase and use of travel eSIM data plans from eSIMs Singapore at esimssingapore.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

What we sell

We sell prepaid, data-only travel eSIM plans for use in Singapore (and, for regional plans, other listed Asian countries). Plans are delivered digitally as a QR code and activation instructions by email — there is no physical SIM card.

Device compatibility

eSIMs work only on eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked devices. It is your responsibility to confirm your phone is compatible and unlocked before purchase. We are happy to help you check — just message us your model before you buy.

Activation & validity

Each plan’s validity period begins as stated at the time of activation (typically when the eSIM first connects to a network). Data allowances and validity are shown on each plan. Unlimited plans provide high-speed data subject to a fair-use policy; speeds may be reduced after very high daily usage to protect network quality.

Coverage & network

Service runs on our partner mobile networks in Singapore. Coverage and speeds depend on the underlying network and may vary by location and conditions. We are a reseller and are not the mobile network operator.

Refunds

Because eSIMs are digital goods delivered instantly, an eSIM cannot be refunded once its QR code has been issued or the plan has been installed or activated, except where required by law or where the eSIM is proven faulty and we cannot resolve it. If you have not yet installed your eSIM and there is a problem, contact us and we will make it right.

Acceptable use

Plans are for personal travel use and must not be used for unlawful activity, spam, or in breach of the network operator’s fair-use terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the affected plan. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from network outages outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
