• Contact & order details you provide when you message us or place an order: name, email address, WhatsApp number, phone model and travel dates.
• Payment information handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Chat messages you send through our website chat widget, so we can answer your questions and process your order.
• Usage data such as pages visited and device type, collected through analytics cookies (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity).

How we use your data

• To process and deliver your eSIM order (including issuing your QR code and setup instructions).
• To provide customer support before, during and after your trip.
• To improve our website and plans, and to comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We share the minimum data necessary with: our eSIM network partners (to provision your plan), our payment processor, our email provider, and analytics providers. We never sell your personal data.
